Ace Monster - Elemental Hero The Shining
You have your basic Elemental Hero Neos + Spacian Deck. However, something that I thought about. Each of the Neo Spacians have their own elements. Which can be used as fodder for the Nature Heroes (Fusions of Elemental Heroes that require 1 Attribute and 1 (Elemental) Hero Monster). So this is where Spacians come in. They can combine with Neos or the other Elemental Hero Monsters (Airman, Prisma, Another Neos, Ocean) and form Nature Heroes. This deck is also RFG powered, so The Shining is highly valuable in this deck. Parallel World Fusion is also a great throw-in to recover some lost Heroes. Miracle Contact is very important if you plan to summon out God Neos. Future Fusion is also a great great dump for God Neos and Voltic to return some Magic Cards like Miracle Fusion.
Protip: Somethings to keep in mind. Your Extra/Fusion Deck /WILL/ be filled. 15 Fusions at maximum. (You can only have 15 cards in extra deck. Rather than 15 Synchros + 15 Fusions + 15 xyzs.) In order to have a successful deck, you will definitely need to use your side deck. You can side out cards between duels. I HIGHLY recommend siding in some Super Polymerization or some cards that bring back monsters from RFG like Dimensional Return, Return from a different dimension, Different Dimension Burial, Different Dimension Revival, Dimensional Induced Explosion, or even Parallel World Fusion (for Fusion summoning). Also ANY Neo-Spacian happens to work in this deck, but make sure to have Ground Mole.

Potential Throw-ins
- Black Luster Soldier Envoy of the Beginning. - You have Light and Dark. Plus its a nice LIGHT + Warrior. Good for Neos Knight or The SHINING.
- Return from a Different Dimension - Returns all the fallen Heroes, and you can remove them all again for more fusions.
- Hero Mask - Basically another Prisma. But you can use it to send another Hero to the grave and then fuse for a Fusion.
- Hero Signal - This is good to get out Airman or Ocean for their effects.
- Hero Solidarity - This card can be good especially if you have The SHINING on the field.
- Hope of Fifth - This card is like another Pot of Avarice. Highly good for returning Airman or Prisma dumps, or even their fusions.
- Elemental Hero Voltic - This can bring back some of the monsters RFG'd during Fusions. Plus more battling Power. Plus being that its LIGHT helps with The SHINING fodder.
- Elemental Hero Flash - This is useful for bringing back those Miracle Fusions. In addition to being LIGHT, you can set up The SHINING to have 4400 ATK easy.
- Devil King Swamp Beast - This is good for substituting monsters and being Water helps bring out Absolute Zero.
- Elemental Hero Nova Master - You have Flame Scarab. Plus destroying monsters can increase your hand.
- Elemental Hero Great Tornado - You have both Airman and Neospacian Air Hummingbird. Plus a nice beatstick in halving all of your monsters ATK.
- Vision Hero Adoration - A nice easy beatstick of 2800. And can lower your opponents monsters ATK by another Hero.
- Vision Hero Trinity - 5000 ATK Points and can attack 3 times. If worked right, you can sucessfully OTK someone.
- Elemental Hero Neos Knight - If used correctly, like Vision Hero Trinity, it can gain about 5000 or MORE. Downside, it doesn't deal damage in any form.
- Elemental Hero Absolute Zero - You have 2 Oceans. Add another one or Aqua Dolphin and you can combo with this easy. Plus a walking Raigeki? You'd be crazy NOT to run this. A minimum of 2, 3 for being a competitive jerk.
- Elemental Hero Flare Neos - If you don't like Nova Master, then you could run this guy. Nice ATK boost. Problem is, Nova Master is a tiny bit easier to summon and this returns your monsters back to the deck.
- Elemental Hero Black Neos - Stronger than Escuriado. Plus you can negate an effect monsters effect. Can't guarantee that this will be worth the trouble.
- Elemental Hero Air Neos - This can possibly be good if you're using this later in the duel. Your set up for this monster should be good, in addition, if you're losing in terms of LP, this can be a game changer.
- Instant Neospace - This keeps your Neospacian Fusions on the field and should they be destroyed, you gain a Neos on the field for another easy set up for another Neospacian Fusion or a Nature Fusion.
- Rainbow Dragon (+ Rainbow Neos) - This is a bit foolish but it can work with this deck if you use Future Fusion or Miracle Contact. I /personally/ find it a waste, but this deck can easily set it up.
- Metamorpot - This is helpful in addition to being Rock, this sets up an easy Elemental Hero Gaia. This also gets rid of some of your weaker Heroes and gives you 5 brand new cards.
- Super Fusion - This can be used to kill off your opponents monsters, one by one and set up for an even powerful Elemental Hero Fusion.
- Reinforcement of the Army - Adds a free Warrior from deck to hand.
- Marauding Captain - in addition to the nice Special Summon, he shields all warrior Monsters, and can easily set up Elemental Hero Gaia.
- Dimensional Induced Explosion - a nice quickplay which returns a fusion and special summons two monsters that were removed from play. Not a bad stradegy.
- Elemental Hero God Neos - If used with Future Fusion, it is an Awesome Dump. Kills off 1 Neos and 5 monsters from your deck. With this you can run other Heroes like Necrodarkman to summon Neos faster, or the 4 basic and then Miracle them for Elixer and then remove that for the Shining. Plus it'll have 3000 from the start in addition to the removed monsters effect, like The Shining for Absolute power.
