That video shall explain the #1 move for Mishima's
For Jin its listed as " Right Roundhouse Punch". For everyone else, its Rising Uppercut, or commonly known as "(Electric) Wind God Fist". This powerful move is the key to being an expert Mishima fighter. This sets up NUMEROUS combos as well as ending them. This move is also known to being the most spammed move in the game.
To input this you'd need to...
Step forward, pause (for about a second), press down, and then hold down with forward again. This sets up the move by triggering a motion step or commonly known as wavedash. Wavedashes can be used as a fake out, to trick your opponents, or to get in closer while preparing your (E)WGF.
There are three (sometimes two stages) with this attack.
1st stage - After pressing triangle after the wavedash, you use the weakest version of this attack. It will still save you but not as powerful and if blocked, it can cause you to be vulnerable. This is commonly known as "Wind God Fist".
2nd stage - This shows the lightning around the hand. This requires you to press triangle in 1/10th of a second after the wavedash. Again, Blockable but won't leave you so defenseless. This is considered to be the Electric Wind God Fist.
3rd stage - This is the TRUE Electric Wind God Fist. Your character will yell (Kazuya yells "DORE!!", Devil Jin yells "SHEE", Jin yells "KEE", forgot Heihachi's yell) and you'll hear the sound of an electrical charge/surge. If this move is blocked, it will stun your opponent in an electrical aura for about two seconds after they regain balance. This is guaranteed to win games since its a win/win situation. This requires you to press triangle in 1/20th of a second after the wavedash. Its hard to accomplish but its well worth it.
